The Main Event is a 21st century outing for the industry's next generation of leaders.
Not everyone, especially young people, play golf; so how do we get these folks engaged in industry networking while having fun? The Main Event is designed for construction employers to offer their Next Gen Leaders and field craft workers a reward for a job well done.
Teams of 4 are put together to compete in Bowling, Billiards, Laser Tag, Video Games, and a timed ropes course. It is networking and team building in one event as they compete for prizes and glory against other construction professionals.

AUDIENCE: 100-150 ABC member employees, crew leaders and project managers
