Contributions to the ABC Ohio Valley PAC and its separate ABC NKY PAC are voluntary and are not deductible as charitable contributions. Contributions must be made from an individual’s personal funds and will not be reimbursed by a corporation or other person. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Contributor information — name, address, employer, personal email and telephone, amount, date and certification that the funds are personal, voluntary, not reimbursed and not from a foreign national — will be publicly disclosed as required by Ohio law.
