Next Gen Leaders is a network of highly motivated young professionals, and our goal is to support one another as we prepare to lead the next generation within our companies. Next Gen aims to support emerging leaders through various events, learning opportunities, and the ability to expand their network.

Next Gen Leaders seek strong bonds with their peers. These relationships empower us to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to becoming a dedicated and successful leader. We strive to further prepare ourselves through training, education, and service to establish ourselves and our businesses as industry leaders.

Next Gen Membership Requirements:
Next Gen is a program exclusively for the benefit of OVABC members and their emerging leaders. Employment with a member of ABC Ohio Valley and required to join Next Gen.
Next Gen is specifically targeted toward young professionals (age 40 or younger), however, events are open to anyone looking to develop their leadership skills.
There are no dues or attendance requirements associated with Next Gen membership.
