Join ABC and its NextGen group for a fun day of networking, leadership development and decision-making about a remaking of the NextGen program.Â
Â
We’ll begin at 9:30 with coffee and donuts and an ice-breaking session to get this group warmed up and ready to share. Our morning session from 10 a.m to noon will include a panel of senior ABC company leaders describing what they want in their NextGen workforce. What do they want young leaders to know and be thinking about? How do they want them to act and perform? Our NextGen board and other young leaders at member companies will get an opportunity to ask questions of these senior leaders about what’s important to them as they help shape the next several years of their careers.Â

We’ll break for lunch and hear from a panel of leadership program architects – about what they look for each year in putting together their programs.Â
Â
At 1:30 p.m., we’ll convene with a strategic planning session.  Brigid Huber, will facilitate this session to help us think about what we heard in the two previous sessions and to help us structure what the future of the NextGen program will look like. At 3 p.m., we’ll hold a drawing and choose one lucky participant to get a scholarship to attend the new program beginning in fall 2027.
