The Mid-America OSHA Education Center, is a cooperative effort of OSHA, USDOL, and a consortium between the Ohio Valley Construction Education Foundation and Sinclair Community College. While many organizations offer safety-training programs, The Mid-America OSHA Education Center is one of only twenty-seven such centers in the U.S. who are formally authorized by OSHA to deliver OSHA courses. We provide opportunities for construction and industrial personnel to participate in OSHA authorized courses within our Region. *Contract courses are also available outside the Region.
Both the Ohio Valley Construction Education Foundation and Sinclair Community College have long been known as regional leaders in providing hands-on practical safety training for construction industry. Sinclair Community College is also a known leader for training general industry. The Mid-America OSHA Education Center continues that tradition by offering high-quality, standards based, OSHA training to employees in both the private and public sectors, this includes federal agencies. ABC members receive discounted rates on the OSHA 10 and 30 hour courses.
