Bill Burke, Safety Director of Miller-Valentine Group is the recipient of the Special Government Employee (SGE) employee of the year award from OSHA’s Region V. Burke will attend the VPPPA meeting in Florida this month along with 9 other regional winners as a candidate for the national award. Prior to joining Miller-Valentine Burke was a U.S. Air Force biomedical technician and safety specialist with more than 16 years of experience. Burke is a member of the ABC Safety Committee and served as chairperson in 2008.
