- Allows tax free dollars through Prevailing Wage.
- Passes the burden on to the owner through Voluntary Cents Per Hour program .
- Establish an Individual Scholarship Fund.
- Support of various OVCEF programs can be either anonymous or recognized.
- Provide continuous support of Education within the Construction Industry.
