The Ohio Valley ABC Chapter (OVABC) is committed to training our present and future workforce though apprenticeship, craft, management, safety courses and assessment testing that meet the current industry needs.
In 1992, OVABC formed the educational trust, Ohio Valley Construction Education Foundation (OVCEF), as its educational arm. The IRS status of this trust enables members and others alike to make tax-deductible contributions. These contributions support the training needs in the Construction Industry and keep us on the leading edge of training.
- The OVCEF Apprenticeship Program is registered with the U S Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT) and the Ohio State Apprenticeship Council (OSAC). This program is open to all individuals who meet the basic requirements.
